BEFORE YOU COMMENT:

ALTERNATE REALITY, PEOPLE. Don't burn me to death for butchering canon because really I'm not.

No, I did NOT get the alternate reality idea from JJ Abrams. The concept of alternate realities has been around since BEFORE May 8th 2009. Being the sci fi junkie I am, I was well aware of it and put the idea into work in my Star Trek stories before they had even started filming the new movie. So don't call me a copycat.

And again, yes, I do have original characters that aren't from fandoms. I'll draw them like this soon, too. But my Star Trek fan stuff is just as important to me and I make no apologies for it.

So if you've got something rude to say, I'm not interested.

This obviously doesn't include all the underdeveloped redshirts/plot devices/stock characters. I have plenty of those but they're nothing interesting.



From left to right:

-Ben and Summer Crane, Helena and Edward's parents. Ben is a civilian scientist and Summer is a computer programmer for Starfleet, and they're about as madly in love as anyone can get. Ben gets murdered when the kids are very young. Summer doesn't take it well. Not at all. But there's another timeline I'm thinking about where he lives.

((They're obviously the same Andromedan alien race as their kids. Whole species has grey or silver eyes (many possible shades), blue blood, very pale skin and a white streak somewhere in their hair. For the record, I wrote that last bit BEFORE I ever saw TNG 3x12. When I did see it I went NUUUUU!!!. But I'm keeping it. ))

-Edward Crane, the dopey younger brother of Helena. He's a goofball, somewhat immature, and kind of a drifter. Later meets ~gabietink's Ambellina. They eventually get married and have three kids. Since Ambellina is immortal and Ed isn't, she eventually uses her omnipotent!awesome!powurz to make him immortal, too. Very unoriginal, I know, but we lub it.

-Helena, of course, who you know allllllllll about. NO, her being involved with a main character does NOT necessarily make her Mary-Sue. She's more developed and complicated and in my opinion original than some canon characters, thankyouverymuch.

-Helena's half-human daughter. Yeah. THAT Joanna McCoy. Again, alternate reality. Get over it. She's a doctor (not Starfleet though). She got her blonde hair from her mom's genetics. Notice Benjamin is blonde.

-Henry McCoy, Joanna's older brother. He joined Starfleet and originally wanted to be a doctor like his dad but ends up more interested in command. He eventually becomes captain of a starship.

-T'Sahri, a pilot serving on Henry's ship. She naturally doesn't make a point of showing it, but she's in lub with him and vice versa. They never get married but much later on they have a daughter.

-Raedyn, who likes wearing hideous clothes like this. She's quite naive. Her boyfriend is ~gabietink's Tristian Crane, youngest son of above-mentioned Edward and Ambellina. I can't see them having a serious relationship though.

-April Walker, from TNG. She's just really nice and considerate, though understandably bummed out- she's quite infatuated with Data, but it's entirely one-way and obviously never goes anywhere.
